Morada Bay Beach Cafe, Mile Marker 81.6, Islamorada, Florida Keys Job Summary Join our team at Morada Bay Beach Cafe, a picturesque Mediterranean bistro set on the sandy shores of Islamorada. As a Server, your role is integral to providing an unforgettable dining experience that mirrors the laid-back and scenic beauty of the Florida Keys. Job Responsibilities Provide warm greetings to guests, ensuring a welcoming and personalized service. Efficiently take and process food and drink orders, catering to special requests and promptly checking for guest satisfaction. Maintain attentive and courteous service throughout the dining experience, adhering to the café's high standards. Perform essential duties including opening and closing tasks, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness in line with health standards. Have a thorough understanding of the menu, specials, and the café's unique offerings to make informed recommendations. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive and professional approach. Ensure a clean and professional appearance at all times and participate actively in team briefings. Education High school diploma or GED. Skills and Experience Must be at least 18 years old. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant industry preferred. Basic computer literacy. Fluent in English, with basic knowledge of food/beverage; Spanish proficiency is a plus. Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
