Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, desserts, and specialty cocktails to maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure timely delivery of orders Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience is essential; fine dining experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and guest relations expertise Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is appreciated Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where guest satisfaction is our top priority!
