ENGLISH - Waiter/Host Job Summary Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, energetic Host/Waitstaff to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service, managing seating, assisting with reservations, and helping ensure a smooth dining experience. Responsibilities Welcome and seat guests in a friendly manner. Manage waitlists and reservations. Answer phone calls and provide restaurant information. Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain efficient service. Assist with POS transactions when needed. Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards. Resolve guest concerns professionally. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer/POS knowledge is a plus. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Resolver inquietudes de los clientes de manera profesional. Requisitos Experiencia en restaurantes es preferida, pero no obligatoria. Excelente comunicación y servicio al cliente. Organizado(a) y capaz de trabajar en un ambiente dinámico. Conocimientos básicos de computadoras o sistemas POS son una ventaja. Actitud positiva y trabajo en equipo.
