Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage waitlists, and seat customers efficiently to maximize flow and satisfaction Clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dining area Assist servers by delivering food and beverages swiftly from the kitchen to tables, maintaining proper food handling standards Support the kitchen with basic food preparation tasks when needed, such as assembling dishes or garnishing plates Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to food safety standards Buss tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and trash to keep the dining area tidy and inviting Handle guest inquiries courteously via phone or in person, providing excellent customer service and information about menu items or reservations Requirements Previous experience as a host/hostess, busser, or food runner in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
