Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Serve food and beverages accurately while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Process payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Adhere to all food safety regulations and practices to ensure guest safety. Experience Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety standards is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
