$15.00 per hour + Pool Tips ​Overview ​Join our team as a Server at Ramen Takagi ! We take pride in serving authentic, handcrafted Japanese ramen built on quality, tradition, and care. In this role, you will be the face of our dining room—arriving on time, welcoming our guests, executing smooth service, and working closely with our kitchen team to make sure every guest leaves happy and satisfied. ​Core Responsibilities ​

Greeting & Seating:

Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, seat them in your assigned section, and present menus. ​ Explaining the

Menu:

Answer questions about our ramen broths, noodle textures, and specials, while clearly communicating dietary restrictions or allergies to the kitchen team. ​

Taking Orders:

Accurately record food and beverage orders using our POS system or notepad. ​

Serving & Check-ins:

Deliver food and drinks promptly, check back during the meal to ensure guest satisfaction, and offer timely refills. ​

Processing Payments:

Deliver the bill, process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, and return change or receipts accurately. ​

Cleaning & Maintenance:

Clear and sanitize tables between seatings, restock stations, and complete assigned opening/closing side work. ​Required Skills & Qualifications ​

Punctuality & Reliability:

Excellent time management and commitment to arriving on time, ready to work all scheduled shifts. ​

Communication:

Clear verbal skills and active listening with guests, coworkers, and kitchen staff. ​

Multitasking:

Ability to handle multiple tables and shifting priorities smoothly during peak rushes. ​

Stamina:

Comfortable standing, walking, and carrying trays or dishes for standard shifts. ​

Teamwork:

A strong team-first mindset to support coworkers and keep overall operations running smoothly. ​

Experience:

No prior server experience required—we are happy to train anyone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic! (Hospitality experience is a plus). ​

Schedule:
