This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive service, preparing and serving beverages, and supporting the fast-paced hibachi-style environment. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a lively restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with Georgia alcohol laws Maintain knowledge of the menu, including hibachi entrees, sushi, and drink offerings Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the meal Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, bar area, and service stations Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, hibachi chefs, and fellow team members Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
