We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Servers. As a vital part of our restaurant, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar. Provide recommendations on menu items, taking into account guest preferences and dietary restrictions. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables, maintaining a high level of service. Anticipate and respond to guest needs, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, workstations, and service areas. Process guest payments accurately and efficiently. Uphold standards of food safety and hygiene. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food and beverage offerings. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities. Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
