Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take beverage and food orders with enthusiasm and accuracy Serve drinks, cocktails, and food promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Upsell menu items including specialty cocktails, wines, and premium spirits to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed Assist with bar setup, restocking supplies, and cleaning duties to keep the environment organized and inviting Requirements Previous experience in food service, beverage service, or hospitality preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, wine, and beverage trends Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for processing sales Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of liquor laws and regulations Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift supplies, and perform cleaning tasks as needed Join us as a Bar Server where your lively personality will help create unforgettable moments for our guests!
