Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Buss tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively inform guests. Ensure compliance with health regulations regarding food handling and safety. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, including roles in serving, bussing, or kitchen operations. Familiarity with banquet service is a plus, as well as any culinary or hotel experience that enhances guest services. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members. A background in food handling practices and food safety regulations is highly desirable.
