PART-TIME SERVER - 1938 INDOCHINE KAKA'AKO

Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service while creating a positive guest experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and promptly attend to guests Take accurate food and beverage orders Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens Provide food and beverage service in a timely manner Check on guests throughout their meal and anticipate their needs Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables Pre-bus and reset tables efficiently Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, hosts, and management Follow all restaurant service, safety, and sanitation standards Promote specials, beverages, and restaurant programs when appropriate

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Knowledge of food, beverages, and basic service standards Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

Availability:

Part-time position Minimum 1-2 shifts per week Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be punctual and dependable
