Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent hospitality and customer service to all guests
• Take orders over the phone and in-person
• pack to-go orders, serve food to tables
• Tips will be shared
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register using a POS System
• Perform basic math calculations for cash handling
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Build positive guest relations by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Other duties might be assigned that is not listed on the job description

Requirements:

• must be 18 and up
• Spanish Preffered
• Must be Bi-lingual
• Restaurant experience: 2year (Preferred)
• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
• Knowledge of food preparation and safety guidelines is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay:

$14.00 per hour
