Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials or additional items
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout the meal
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Process guest payments using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

• Requirements:

• A minimum of 1yr of server experience required (full-service restaurant)
• Experience in a full-service, upscale casual restaurant or an equivalent service environment preferred
• Must be over 21
• Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
• Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Willingness to help out with bussing tables or other tasks as needed
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol
