Position Summary Responsible for providing polished food and beverage service to members and guests in specified dining areas inside and outside the clubhouse. The ideal candidate actively engages with members, follows instructions efficiently, and strictly adheres to proper steps of service to maintain our high standards of hospitality.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Member Engagement & Hospitality:
Warmly welcome members and guests upon arrival, assist with seating, and actively engage with members to build rapport and deliver personalized, attentive service.
Steps of Service Execution:
Execute established steps of service, including taking orders accurately, managing meal pacing, providing proper tray service, and anticipating member needs throughout the dining experience.
Operations & Direction:
Inspect assigned tables for proper setup and cleanliness prior to service. Follow instructions and directives from supervisory staff and management promptly and accurately.
Table Maintenance:
Maintain clean tables by continuously clearing soiled plates, glassware, and silverware, and routinely pouring/refilling wine, water, and coffee.
Side Work & Clubhouse Upkeep:
Keep all service areas and dining rooms clean and organized. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including resetting dining areas and moving tables, chairs, and linens as needed. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 18 years old and able to speak, read, and write English fluently. Professional appearance and an upbeat, extroverted personality with strong communication skills. Ability to follow direction, learn quickly, and work cohesively within a team. No experience required, though previous related experience in private clubs, fine dining, or high-volume hospitality is a plus. Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for extended periods.
Compensation & Schedule Employment Type:
Full-Time and Part-Time options available.

Pay is based on experience.
