This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service experience by taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests receive prompt and courteous service. Duties & Responsibilities Greet guest in a courteous and professional manner. upon entering the restaurant/bar area within the hotel Present food and beverage menus and answer questions regarding menu items, specials, and promotions Serve beverages promptly while ensuring order accuracy Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests in a timely manner Process guest payments and provide accurate change or receipts Verify customer age and identification when serving alcoholic beverages Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff and other team members Perform other duties as assigned.
