Job Overview Service not required, but it helps. Job includes arriving to work on time, paying close attention to all your tables, and forming a connection with the customers to build regulars. We want people who can think and work quickly and well, and care about creating a great experience for the guest. Bartending shifts ($10 / hr + tips) are open in future after serving for a little while. Servers are paid out in cash nightly. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems (Toast) Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommendations. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and safety in accordance with food handling regulations Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments, giving change, and balancing registers at the end of each shift Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations through bussing and sanitation practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly to uphold excellent customer service standards

Pay:

$12.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 45.0 per week
