As a Garconete, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or special occasions. Uphold health and safety standards throughout the service process. Requirements Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Basic knowledge of food safety regulations is an advantage.
