What We Offer AM/PM scheduling Dining room hours between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM A supportive, team-oriented environment Meaningful work where you'll build relationships with residents every day Opportunities to grow within our community What You'll Do As a Dining Server, you'll help create a welcoming dining experience by: Greeting residents with a smile and getting to know them by name Helping residents find seating and enjoy meals with friends Taking meal orders and assisting with menu selections when needed Serving meals, beverages, coffee, tea, and desserts Providing attentive, friendly service throughout each meal Offering second helpings and ensuring residents have everything they need Clearing and resetting tables between meals Assisting with dishwashing and putting away clean dishes Supporting the dining team with additional responsibilities as needed We're Looking For Someone Who Enjoys working with older adults Has a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills Is dependable, compassionate, and a team player Can thrive in a fast-paced dining environment Takes pride in creating exceptional experiences for others Requirements Ability to pass a criminal background check Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Previous restaurant or serving experience is helpful, but we're happy to train the right person.
