Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as RPOWER POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards for fine dining or casual settings Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Handle cash transactions accurately, process sales using POS systems, and manage cash handling responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting in food preparation when needed Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food handling and service to uphold health standards Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or high-volume settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Culinary experience or familiarity with food preparation enhances guest interactions Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and upselling techniques is highly desirable Basic math skills for cashiering, sales transactions processing, and handling bills accurately Food safety certification or willingness to obtain training required by local health regulations Experience with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow servers Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel special!
