Server at Mango Grove Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic, energetic Server to join the Mango Grove team! You will be the face of our restaurant, delivering excellent customer service, guiding guests through our menu, and ensuring a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced, vibrant environment. This is a full-time position for 6 days a week, working from opening to close with a starting salary of $700 per week.

One meal per shift is free. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service from seating to departure. Take accurate food and beverage orders and process payments efficiently using Toast POS. Serve dishes promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Master our menu to confidently answer guest questions and recommend or upsell specialty items. Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and strictly following all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Requirements Previous food service or hospitality experience highly preferred. Familiarity with restaurant POS systems (Toast POS experience is a strong plus). Excellent communication, guest relations, and basic math skills. Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures. Ability to multitask, up-sell, and maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts.
