The Opportunity We are seeking energetic, motivated individuals to join our team as Server/Hosts with the goal of possibly developing into future Restaurant Managers . You will master front-of-house operations from the ground up while being mentored for leadership roles. What We Are Looking For Someone highly motivated to learn the business and advance into management. Previous experience in a full-service restaurant or food service setting. Familiarity with bar operations is a strong plus. A friendly, energetic person able to stay calm and collected under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic. Key Responsibilities Greet, seat, and serve guests in a friendly, efficient manner. Accurately take food/drink orders and enter them into the Aloha POS system . Upsell menu items by highlighting specials to enhance guest satisfaction and boost sales. Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolving concerns promptly to build loyal customers. Maintain strict cleanliness of the host station, dining area, and surrounding spaces. Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless, timely food delivery. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining overall FOH sanitation standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Aloha POS or similar restaurant software is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
