Duties Greet guests warmly and efficiently, providing attentive table service from seating to departure Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages with professionalism, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash register operations and sales transactions processing Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations; bus tables promptly to ensure a tidy environment Assist with food preparation, beverage mixing, and garnishing to support kitchen and bar staff when needed Demonstrate extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and food industry trends to provide expert recommendations Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience Follow sanitation protocols including proper food handling, sanitation standards, and safety procedures at all times Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in order taking and delivery Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques Experience with food handling, sanitation standards, and proper food preparation practices Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills; previous host/hostess or bussing experience is beneficial Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant hours Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lively environment!
