Server Fogg Brook Resort & Foggy's Pub Palmyra, Maine Join Our Food & Beverage Team! Fogg Brook Resort is looking for friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Servers to join our growing food and beverage team. Position Summary The Server is responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and efficient food and beverage service to guests while creating a welcoming dining experience. This position works closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, bartenders, kitchen staff, and event team to ensure excellent service at Foggy's Pub, weddings, banquets, golf events, and special events. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Provide guests with menu information, specials, and recommendations Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently Check on guests throughout their visit and respond promptly to requests Accurately process cash and credit card payments Maintain clean and organized tables, dining areas, and server stations Complete opening, running, and closing side work Stock service areas with necessary supplies Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely service Assist with setting up, serving, and breaking down weddings, banquets, golf events, and special events Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment Provide excellent guest service and professionally address questions or concerns Follow all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and company policies Work collaboratively with the entire food and beverage team to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous serving, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred Experience in a restaurant, resort, club, or event setting is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Reliable, dependable, and punctual Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to carry trays and lift up to 40 pounds Must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, weddings, and special events as needed What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Tips Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth and advancement Employee discounts Beautiful resort setting
