Job Summary We are seeking an energetic, experienced, and personable Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, and delivers exceptional dining experiences. Your enthusiasm for food, beverage knowledge, and dedication to guest satisfaction will help create memorable moments for our patrons. This role offers a dynamic environment where your hospitality skills and sales ability can shine, ensuring guests leave happy and eager to return. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Shift 4 POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktail and beverage service, with attention to presentation and quality Upsell menu items, wine pairings, and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety protocols Process cash and credit card payments accurately using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Assist with food preparation, restocking supplies, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Requirements Proven 5 years minimum experience in Serving or restaurant experience, preferably with fine dining or hospitality backgrounds Knowledge of POS systems such as Shift 4 POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for efficient order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally Familiarity with alcohol service including spirits experience, wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, and drink service standards Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation practices in the food industry Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Previous experience with food handling, serving, bussing, or host/hostess duties is highly desirable Join us in creating a lively atmosphere where guest relations thrive!
