$8.50/hr + tips
PART TIME
Average 30 hours, 4 days per week and a variety of hours between 12:00pm and close. Must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the preparation, serving and beverages at the Biergarten, maintains stock in the bar area, maintains cleanliness of the bar area, and is responsible for the billing and collection of all food and beverage served in the dining room, bar, and banquet areas; accountable for the security of all cash and checks; responsible for the protection of all beverage items; maintains superior guest service and quality food and beverage items in the bar. This position will start with training in Oma's Restaurant for 1 - 2 weeks before bartender training to familiarize oneself with the menu.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent.

Must be 18 years of age.

Pleasing personality and appearance, as well as smiling, are a must. A minimum of six months of experience in this position is required to attain knowledge of procedures and areas.

Ability to stand and walk for shifts, sometimes exceeding 12 hours.

Ability to lift trays and other containers of moderate weights, according to training procedures.

Ability to work different schedules and attend meetings.

Cash handling skills. Excellent math skills. Computer skills.

High energy and able to work in the heat outside.

Able to make recommendations for food and drinks.
