Job Description

Wait Staff are responsible for greeting and seating guests with a warm, welcoming attitude, presenting menus, answering questions, and offering thoughtful recommendations. They take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and deliver items promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and service. Throughout each visit, they check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, anticipate needs, and handle any concerns with professionalism and care. Their role includes maintaining a clean and organized dining area, collaborating closely with kitchen and bar staff to keep service running smoothly, and processing payments accurately. Above all, they uphold the hospitality, connection, and community-centered values that define the Char Stone House experience. 20 -35 hours per week.
