Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive outstanding service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages. A passion for customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. Must be able to work mornings. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as OpenTable. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely food preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Assist with basic math calculations for checks and payments, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Provide exceptional guest services by anticipating needs and offering assistance where necessary. Experience Previous experience in a server or customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. A friendly attitude with excellent communication skills to enhance guest interactions.
