Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing of sales transactions Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including food safety standards, wine pairings, and cocktail recipes Support food preparation, bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to sanitation protocols to ensure a safe dining environment Requirements Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong time management skills Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where guests feel valued from the moment they walk in!
