Cashier / Server - No Experience Needed | Ages 15+ We're looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking Cashiers/Servers to join our team at Tacos El Cuñado! No restaurant experience? No problem! We are happy to train the right person and welcome applicants starting at age 15. This can be a great first job for high school students or anyone looking to gain restaurant and customer service experience. We're looking for people who enjoy working with others, have a positive attitude, and are comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting customers and providing friendly, attentive service Taking dine-in and to-go orders accurately Serving and checking on dine-in tables Packing and organizing to-go and delivery orders Prepping food and other items needed for takeout orders Keeping the front-of-house area clean and organized Handling payments and operating the register Working closely with the kitchen and other team members during busy shifts What we're looking for: Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and punctual Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Willing to help wherever needed Availability for morning, evening, and/or weekend shifts No experience is required — we will train you! We welcome high school students, first-time workers, and applicants of all experience levels.

Pay & Scheduling:

You'll receive a base hourly wage plus tips, and you keep 100% of your tips. We offer flexible scheduling, making this a great option for students and anyone who needs a schedule that works around school or other commitments. We are especially looking for people who can help with weekends, evenings, and morning shifts. If you're dependable, enjoy working with people, and like staying busy, we'd love to have you join our team!

Pay:

$15.00 - $23.00 per hour
