Monitor the event and your section to ensure guests have an exceptional experience.

Flexibility:

Every event is different, and details can change on a dime, so being willing to jump in to help out where needed with a can-do attitude is a must.

Teamwork:

Every event involves a team responsible for making the magic happen. We rely heavily on collaboration, clear and concise communication, and the support of fellow teammates

Attitude:

Have fun while serving our guests and supporting your co-workers in a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere

Knowledge:

Become an expert about everything Events at The Holly Vault Collection, from menu items and table settings to the property's layout through our ongoing training. If guests ask a question, it is your job to know or find the answer.

• Dress the part: Our appearance is one of the first things that guests will see, so it is essential to always be neat and well-groomed, including but not limited to fingernails, hair, and facial hair.

It is also expected that all clothing will be fresh and nicely pressed.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Hospitality, serving, and bartending experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrate consistent professionalism and responsibility while having fun Understand and participate in creating an environment of inclusion and acceptance Must be a self-starter that is detail-oriented and can take and follow directions from the Event Manager Must be 18 years of age or older Must be available to work on weekends and most holidays. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs (case of wine) and to be able to stand or walk for extended periods. Must have the flexibility to come in early or stay late to fulfill necessary opening and closing duties.
