Our establishment offers an elevated social experience combining premium cigars, craft cocktails, and exceptional service in a sophisticated, relaxed atmosphere. Responsibilities Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to guests. Take food, beverage, and cigar orders accurately and efficiently. Develop a strong understanding of our cigar selection, cocktails, spirits, wine, and menu offerings. Guide guests through cigar and beverage selections while maintaining a refined, non-pushy approach. Maintain a polished, professional presence throughout every guest interaction. Anticipate guest needs and create a memorable hospitality experience. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of tables and service areas. Collaborate with bartenders, management, and fellow servers to ensure seamless service. Follow all company policies, alcohol-service regulations, and health and safety standards. Qualifications Previous serving experience in an upscale restaurant, lounge, cocktail bar, cigar bar, or similar environment preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and/or cigars is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and confident, personable demeanor. Ability to remain composed and attentive in a high-volume environment. Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and work in a cigar environment, where applicable. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus tips.
