The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences by delivering high-quality food and beverage service while ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and service stations. Process transactions accurately using Toast POS system, including handling payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any guest concerns promptly. Uphold fine dining etiquette and maintain a polished appearance while on duty. Assist in food preparation when necessary, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for processing orders and handling payments accurately. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
