Sr Product Manager

Join us as a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of a cutting-edge digital product built on conversational AI. This role offers the opportunity to shape patient-centered experiences and drive innovation in healthcare technology. Responsibilities Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for AI-driven platforms focused on patient engagement. Lead the delivery of MVPs and manage iterative enhancements to expand product capabilities. Collaborate with engineering, design, and clinical teams to align business objectives with technical solutions. Transform business goals into actionable product requirements and user stories. Oversee Agile development processes, including backlog prioritization and sprint planning. Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless communication. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Skills Proven experience in product management with a focus on digital or platform-based products. Strong understanding of conversational AI and large language models. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on AI/ML solutions. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Preferred Skills Experience with prompt engineering and system instruction design. Familiarity with Gemini, Vertex AI, or similar platforms. Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures. Background in healthcare or patient-facing digital products. Proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence.
