Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth seating process Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Provide knowledgeable recommendations, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure seamless service flow Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for efficient order processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally Demonstrated ability in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service periods Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and check splitting Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Join our team if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
