Welsch's Big Ten Saint Paul, MN Job Details Part-time From $11.41 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Food handling Guest relations Collaboration Basic math Restaurant experience Full Job Description Looking for someone available on Friday and Saturday evenings and possibly 1-2 evening shifts during the week (these weekday shifts are fill in right now).

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
• Process payments and provide accurate change to guests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or food service establishment is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
• Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
• Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
