Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, personable, and detail-oriented Server to join our team. The Server will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
  • Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and allergens.
  • Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely manner.
  • Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with meals and service.
  • Handle complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Clear tables, reset for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a server or in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Basic math skills for handling payments.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Lift and carry trays, dishes, or other items (up to 30 lbs).
  • Bend, reach, and stoop as needed.
