Duties Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and accuracy Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process food service customer orders, retail sales transactions, and cash register operations Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments, giving change, and balancing registers at shift end Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring quality standards and food safety regulations are maintained Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment to ensure sanitation standards are met Support food handling procedures, including serving, bussing tables, and sanitation practices to promote a safe dining environment Operate kitchen equipment safely during food preparation and assist with basic culinary tasks when required Manage customer inquiries professionally, providing excellent service to ensure satisfaction from start to finish Collaborate with team members to deliver quick service in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant setting Experience Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in cashiering, retail sales transactions, or grocery store operations is a plus Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly and confidently Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation standards within the food industry Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters positive guest interactions Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a lively environment!
