Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. Looking for someone who is self motivated. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with menu selections. Position also requires carryout and drive thru service to guests. Pay is base $7.50 after training plus even share of tip pool. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure excellent guest relations. Maintain knowledge of restaurant policies, procedures, and menu offerings. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest experiences. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
