Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Process cash and card transactions efficiently, including sales transaction processing and handling tips Upsell menu items like wines, spirits, cocktails, or specialty dishes to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and following food safety protocols Assist with food preparation, beverage service, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Skills Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Proven experience in food service roles such as server, host/hostess, or bartender within restaurant or hospitality environments Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours efficiently Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation practices in the food industry Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a lively, energetic attitude Join us in delivering outstanding guest experiences!
