Description
The Restaurant Back Server plays a key support role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position works closely with the food server team, primarily assisting with running food, organizing tickets on the cooking line, and maintaining smooth service flow in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires frequent lifting, carrying, and movement throughout the shift. Strong communication skills are essential, as the Back Server interacts regularly with both guests and kitchen staff. Light cleaning duties-including vacuuming, wiping tables, and cleaning small wares-are part of the daily responsibilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, stays organized under pressure, and enjoys continual guest interaction and problem-solving.

Qualifications - Restaurant experience in a high-volume environment required
Minimum one year of food running experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset

Ability to think quickly and adapt in a constantly changing environment
Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
