Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Assist guests with menu selections, including wine pairings and specials, utilizing OpenTable for reservations and seating arrangements Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared correctly and delivered promptly Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction Support food preparation and food handling tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment Assist with night club or bar service during evening hours, providing excellent guest services in lively settings Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy setting while multitasking effectively Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Experience with food preparation, food handling, bussing, hosting/hostessing is a plus Knowledge of reservation systems like OpenTable is advantageous Culinary experience or background in the food industry enhances your candidacy Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a lively hospitality environment Join us to bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to every guest!
