PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Foodservice Sanitation Certificate as needed High School diploma or GED Works well with food service team, abiding by proper sanitation and safety regulations, basic food preparation, completion and verification of logs and production records, ensure that all products are organized and stored in a way that meets all regulations, maintains a safe and hazard-free working environment, end-of service clean-up, supports set-up, service and maintains the service line for and breakfast service including proper temperatures and portion sizes, and other duties as assigned.
