Full Job Description Overview:
Are you a Lead Server II looking to work for an amazing organization by serving others and connecting with your co-workers? Immanuel Communities is seeking a Part-time Lunch Server to work at Yankee Hill Village, located at 8401 South 33rd Street, Lincoln, NE 68516. Yankee Hill Village has 47 independent living, 59 assisted living and 16 memory support apartment homes. Schedule will be Monday through Friday 11:00AM - 2:00PM with possiblilty of additional morning or weekend hours available. Minimum age of 18 is required for this position. This position will pay up to $18.31/hour (straight pay/no tips). Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.
Job Duties & Skills Required:
What You Will Do The primary responsibilities of this job include working independently as a lead within the dining room services during daytime shifts. Prepares tables for meals, refilling containers, clearing dishes, handling food safely, attending to residents' needs, taking phone orders, and ensuring other servers are completing tasks in a timely and appropriate manner. Facilitates a pleasant dining experience for the residents and guests who dine at the community. Skills & Requirements One (1) year dining room serving experience above the level of fast food service is required. Minimum age of 18 years old required.
