We are looking for new or experienced Restaurant Servers to take and deliver orders to our guests. As a server you will be the face of Stark Brewing Company, the only brewery/ cidery/ distillery/ function hall/ restaurant in the state of NH! Restaurant Servers responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus, selling/ advertising drink and food specials, running food when necessary, serving food and beverages, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Restaurant Servers need to be quick on their feet, have a polite and friendly attitude toward guests and coworkers, be willing to take direction from management, as well as participate as a team player. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain regular customers, enhance and attract customers. Responsibilities Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and orderliness Attend to customers enthusiastically Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages Take and serve orders Answer questions or make recommendations about value-added retail products Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff Handle and resolve complaints or problems with a positive attitude Issue bills and accept payments Skills New or proven restaurant serving or waitering experience Hands-on experience in cashier duties Attention to cleanliness and safety Patience and customer-oriented approach Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude Responsible and trustworthy Perks Busy location!
