Job Summary We are seeking energetic and motivated Back Waiters and Food Runners to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests receive prompt, friendly service by assisting with food delivery, table clearing, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests from the moment they walk through the door. Responsibilities Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service Assist with bussing tables, removing used dishes, glassware, and silverware to uphold cleanliness standards Support kitchen staff with manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of food trays or supplies using safe lifting practices Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including floors, counters, and dining spaces through regular cleaning and sanitizing Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate timely food running and guest service efforts Provide in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly and responding promptly to their needs Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while adhering to safety guidelines Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Strong communication skills to interact confidently with team members and guests Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout shifts Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
