```Duties```

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Provide excellent customer service by taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the guest experience
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and menus
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
• Process payments and provide accurate change to guests
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned ```Requirements```
• Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service procedures
• Ability to upsell menu items and promote daily specials effectively
• Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and providing change
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
