Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction Upsell menu items including mocktails or specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, accurately handling cash handling and sales transaction processing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and food handling protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues promptly Assist with restaurant setup, breakdown, and general sanitation duties to uphold a safe dining environment Demonstrate extensive knowledge of both food and drinks menus to provide expert recommendations Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to multitask effectively while managing time during high-volume periods Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions confidently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous for understanding food preparation processes Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or night shifts as needed in a fast-paced hospitality environment Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
