Major duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for serving food and drinks to guests while providing exemplary service Responsible for emphasis on customer service with 100% customer satisfaction to include: o Awareness and focus on greeting and seating customers entering restaurant when there is no host on duty, while maintaining the integrity of the seating rotation schedule o Practice teamwork principles o Maintain professional image at all times with all co-workers o Minimum interaction with Host, while on duty. o Obtain 100% menu knowledge o Run hot food immediately o Alert any unsatisfied guests or problems to management at all times Follow the steps of service as outlined in Wait Staff Procedural Guide Practice suggestive selling techniques Reach required net sales requirement Complete daily side work duties Complete weekly cleaning duties Completing running duties during shift, e.g., ice, coffee, silverware etc. Properly set up wait line, complete necessary stocking Date, rotate, and consolidate product Keep wait line area and shelves organized and clean Use the computer POS System with speed and accuracy Follow all safety practices Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned Knowledge skills and abilities required: Excellent communication skills

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT

Work is normally performed in a restaurant setting.

Some travel within the city may be required.

A great deal of physical effort is required. Heavy lifting, bending, standing and walking for long periods of time.

Exposure to heat or cold and some chemical exposure. Part Time Hours Vary Day Shift - Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday 7:00-230pm
