Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Basic understanding of food handling and safety guidelines
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Please note that this position requires standing for long periods of time and may involve lifting or carrying trays of food or beverages.
