Server

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
• Basic understanding of food handling and safety guidelines
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Please note that this position requires standing for long periods of time and may involve lifting or carrying trays of food or beverages.
